This Privacy Policy explains how Nyako collects, uses, and discloses your personal data. We collect personal data when you use our websites, mobile applications, and other online and offline products, services, and experiences (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third parties with whom you may interact through our Services. From time to time, we partner with third parties to provide you with products, promotions, or other experiences. If these third parties will receive your personal data, we will provide you with their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future and when we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of the policy. We collect data that you provide directly to us.
Account Data. If you register for a Nyako account (“Account”), we will collect your name, email address, username and password, and any other information necessary to set up your Account. We describe this more fully in Section 5.4 below.
Payment Data. To order products or services through our Services, you will need to provide us with payment information (such as your bank account or credit card information). Please note that your financial information is collected and stored by our third-party payment processing company. The use and storage of this data is subject to the applicable privacy policy of the third-party payment processor.
Purchase Data. If you purchase from a third party after clicking on an affiliate link through the Services, we will receive data about the purchase so that we can receive credit for sending you to that third party.
Public Account Data. You may provide additional data as part of your account (such as a personal description of you). This data will be publicly visible to others. If you do not want this information to be shared with others or we do not provide that information as part of your account.

READ_PHONE_STATE: Allows the application to access the phone status, including the device's phone number, current call status, etc.
INTERNET: Allows the application to access the network for data transmission.
RECORD_AUDIO: Allows the application to record audio. Usually used for voice recognition or audio recording functions.
CAMERA: Allows the application to access the device's camera, usually used for taking pictures or video recording.
MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Allows the application to modify global audio settings, such as volume and media audio streams.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the application to obtain information about network connections, such as whether there is a network connection. ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
: Allows the application to obtain information about the Wi-Fi status, such as whether it is connected to Wi-Fi.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows the application to read files in external storage (such as pictures, videos, etc.).
WAKE_LOCK: Allows the application to prevent the phone from entering sleep mode, often used to keep the screen on.
BLUETOOTH: Allows the application to access Bluetooth functions.
BLUETOOTH_ADMIN: Allows the application to configure and manage Bluetooth devices.
BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Allows the app to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Allows the app to read media image files in the device.
READ_MEDIA_AUDIO: Allows the app to read media audio files in the device.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Allows the app to send notifications to the user's status bar.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Allows the app to receive broadcasts after the device has finished booting, which can be used to start services, etc.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Allows the app to access the advertising ID, which is commonly used for ad tracking and analytics.
READ_PRIVILEGED_PHONE_STATE: This is a protected permission that allows apps to access more sensitive phone state information, usually limited to system apps.
READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: This permission allows apps to read video files on the device. This is a security enhancement introduced starting with Android 10 to protect the user's media files.
VIBRATE: Allows the app to control vibration. This is commonly used for notifications or game feedback.
BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE: Allows the app to bind to the install referrer service to get information about the source of the installation, such as which ad link the app was downloaded from.
com.android.vending.BILLING (usually marked as android:vending.BILLING): Allows the app to perform in-app purchase and subscription management. This permission is related to the integration of Google Play's billing library.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Allows the app to run a service in the foreground. The app can show a notification even if the user is not directly interacting with the app, and the service will not be killed by the system.
INSTALL_PACKAGES: Allows the app to install other application packages. This is a sensitive permission because it can be used to install untrusted applications.
BIND_JOB_SERVICE: Allows the app to create background tasks. By using the JobScheduler API, the app can perform deferred actions when certain conditions are met.
6.1 We analyze and aggregate the personal data we collect, such as the number and frequency of your visits to the Services, to produce anonymous metrics and statistics that do not identify you as an individual.
6.2 We combine information about you with information about other users to create audience segments of Aggregate Data, such as statistical, demographic and usage data. If we combine or connect Aggregate Data with your personal data, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7.1 From You. You may provide us with your personal data directly, for example, when you create an account, fund us by making a donation, support us by paying for a subscription, purchase a product or service, subscribe to our newsletter, opt-in to marketing communications, make a post or comment, enter a competition, participate in a promotion or survey, seek user support, or contact us for any reason.

7.3 From our advertising partners. We may also share information about you and a hashed version of your email address with our advertising partners so that they and we can facilitate customized advertising campaigns and other offers on the Services and other platforms. “Hashing” converts your email into an unrecognizable series of numbers and letters.

Please take all necessary precautions to protect yourself when visiting Third-Party Websites, especially when downloading content or making purchases.
11.2 The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools that allow you to share actions you take on our Services with your friends or the public on social media platforms. We also use analytics tools provided by social media platforms to help us understand how people interact with our social media, identify trends, and conduct joint promotions with these platforms. For example, sometimes we agree with social media platforms that we will jointly promote certain content.
11.3 We receive aggregated statistical information from social media platforms about the performance of our posts and promoted content, such as number of views and type of audience. This data is aggregated and anonymised by the social media platforms before being provided to us.
11.4 We also use paid advertising and paid content tools provided by social media platforms to help us run advertising campaigns for advertisers and promote our content on social media platforms. For example, we use the "Promote Pins" tool on Pinterest to promote editorial or paid content to visitors to Pinterest. Again, we only receive aggregated statistics from social media platforms. This is information about interactions with our ads and paid content, such as the number of views, shares, etc.
11.5 We process the information provided to us by social media platforms based on our legitimate interests in engaging with our audience on social media and using social media to promote our content.
Cookies and similar technologies allow us to collect the following types of personal data: a unique ID assigned to your device; IP address; device and browser type; operating system; referring URL; content viewed or other actions taken through our Services; the time and date of those actions; and country and language selected.
Browsers and devices have tools that allow you to disable cookies. If you disable cookies, you may not be able to access all the features of our Services. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Data provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requester’s identity or authority to make the request.
Only you or someone you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Data. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or deletion twice within a 12-month period.
